Using a lock to secure your items behind the door to your storage unit is required for your own protection. You may purchase a lock from us in the leasing office where we keep additional moving supplies. If you are planning to supply your own lock, we ask that you bring it with you on the day that you sign your lease.

The rental agreement you sign upon moving in requires you to give a move out notice at least 10 days prior to vacating your storage unit. You may give notice of move out online through your login account, or you may provide a member of our staff with a written notice. In addition to in person delivery, your written notice can be given after business hours by email, post mail, or the office dropbox. If possible, we appreciate giving notice one month prior to your move out date.

We want payment to be easy for everyone. Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted forms of payment. You have the option to set up auto-pay. By doing so, you are authorizing Evans Self Storage to charge your card automatically at the beginning of each month. We encourage customers to set up auto-pay, in order to 1) avoid late charges and 2) make paying rent more convenient and worry free. You may also pay your bill by mailing us a check, paying in person, or providing a credit card number over the phone during business hours. After hours payments can submitted online or delivered using the dropbox.

Individualized access codes and advanced technology give us the ability to grant customers access to their storage units 7am - 9pm every day of the week, 365 days a year.

Yes. We offer insurance for purchase when you begin a lease online or in the store. Customers pay their insurance premium together with rent every month. The insurance we offer during the leasing process is provided by a company specializing in storage insurance. Your insurance rate will be based on the value of stored items. We encourage you to buy insurance from the company of your choice to cover any potential loss of property while storing with us or elsewhere.
